Nvidia: Over 50% of products to be made on 0.13-micron process by end of 2003
With the upcoming launch of its NV30-based products, Nvidia expects to use 0.13-micron processing to manufacture more than half of its graphics chips by the end of 2003, company president and CEO Huang Jen-hsun said on December 16 at a joint news conference with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC).
