Indrema will include a future generation Nvidia graphics processor in its upcoming Linux-based game console.
The L600 Entertainment System, based on a 600MHz CPU, will also offer Net access and an MP3 player. The graphics engine will be built onto a daughtercard, allowing newer, more powerful 3D chips to be added later.
Pre-production models of the device are due to appear late this summer, about the same time Nvidia is expected to be offering its next-generation chip, the GeForce 3.
