Nvidia Goforce powers mobile TV phones
Nvidia announced that its NVIDIA GoForce handheld graphics processing units (GPUs) are utilized in some of the world’s first mobile TV production roll outs. The first products include two Samsung phones, the P910 and the P920 (launched in Italy before the World Cup), and the Forseer device (will soon be available in the US), designed and manufactured by the Taiwan-based HTC for Modeo, a subsidiary of Crown Castle International.
