Nvidia, ATI boost orders to SPIL, but at lower prices
Taiwan's Siliconware Precision Industries Limited (SPIL) said capacity utilization for BGA (ball-grid array) packaging has crossed 80% in the second quarter, thanks to brisk orders from Nvidia and ATI Technologies.
