The sequel to last year's action game based on the U.S. Army's elite Delta Force counter-terrorist team will hit North American stores shelves by Nov. 4.
NovaLogic's "Delta Force 2" features enhanced graphics, improved control and large-scale multi-player action.
The company's next-generation 32-bit graphics engine will provide gamers with more realistic renderings of characters and terrain, including details down to individual blades of grass, company officials said.
The game will supports as many as 50 players per arena via NovaLogic's free online gaming service. Players will be able to talk to their teammates rather than typing messages with built-in, push-to-talk voice communication.
"Delta Force 2" will be available on CD-ROM for Windows 95/98/NT for $39.95.
