First-tier Notebook Makers Expect Sequential Shipments Boost Of 15-20% In Q3
First-tier notebook makers including Quanta Computer, Compal Electronics and Wistron all expect notebook shipments in the third quarter to see a sequential increase of 15-20%, according to the companies. Wistron shipped nine million notebooks in the first half of this year, 4.3 million units in the first quarter and 4.7 million units in the second.
