Nokia and others interested in buying Palm
Rumors are spreading that Nokia and three other companies are looking into buying Palm Inc. sometime this week. According to Unstrung.com, unidentified sources say the make of PDAs and Treo phones could be sold for as much as $2 billion dollars.
As expected from possible takeover news, Palm Inc. shares rose nearly 5% in Tuesday trading.
