Nintendo Wii outsells PS3 6 to 1
Tokyo (Japan) - The Nintendo Wii has a virtual stranglehold over Sony’s PS3 in Japan and has outsold its rival console by six to over over the past month. The Wii sold 270,974 units in the four weeks ending June 24th, according to market research firm Enterbrain. The PS3, in contrast, only sold 41628 consoles.
The Xbox360 did even worse by selling 17616 units.
