Nintendo, Sony, MS sued over joypad ports
ith the Sony-Immersion force feedback lawsuit fresh in memory, another firm, Texas-based Fenner Investments, has stepped up to sue the ’big three’ over another joypad patent.
The firm is suing Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony for violating its patent for a "low-voltage joystick port interface," though the lawsuit doesn’t mention which specific consoles supposedly violate the patent.
