New video features hit Skype 3.5 Beta
London (England) - A new Beta version of Skype is available, with a strong emphasis on new features that revolve around sending and sharing videos.
In addition to adding video to real-time chats, users can add a video message to their "mood message", which appears next to their username. Users can also attach a video clips to someone on their contacts list, which will play when making a Skype call to that person.
The only other new addition is support for Firewire digital cameras. Other than that, minor changes have come from the last Beta release, and over 30 problems were fixed.
The new Beta is available from TSkype.com.
