New Samsung DDR orders from HP hike prices
DRAM distributors confirmed that Samsung Electronics has received orders from the new Hewlett-Packard (HP) for notebook computer-use 256Mbit (16Mbit x 16) DDR, dispelling rumors that HP has been sluggish in procurement.
