Net firm takes box office to the bank
Tickets.com has announced a pilot program allowing consumers to purchase tickets to shows and events from automated teller machines.
The Costa Mesa, Calif.-based firm will join with ATM Tix to launch the service this month in Las Vegas.
Under the program, customers will be able to purchase tickets from the company's Web site and pick them up at select bank ATM locations, with the customer's identity verified through users' credit card numbers.
