NEC unveils MobilePro 880
NEC introduced the latest addition to its Windows CE-based line of ultra-light sub-notebook computers.
The MobilePro 880 features increased processing speed over previous models with a 168MHz NEC VR4121 MIPS processor; a larger, 9.4" SVGA 64K color touchscreen; USB connectivity; and longer battery life.
Measuring one inch thick and weighing just over 2 and a half pounds, the device - which includes a nearly full-sized keyboard - is now available for approximately $949.
