NEC to introduce LCD module with wide aspect ratio at SID 2006

NEC LCD Technologies announced it will introduce a 4.3" amorphous silicon (a-Si), TFT LCD module (LCM) at SID (Society for Information Display) 2006 conference to be held in San Francisco, US from June 5-9. The display employs WQVGA display technology and has a resolution of 480x272 pixels, with a luminance of 350 cd/m2 and features a touch panel.
