NEC announces further business reorganization
NEC announced the second phase of its corporate restructuring on May 16. The company will spin off its semiconductor businesses and concentrate its resources to support NEC Solutions and NEC Networks in developing integrated solutions for mission-critical systems in the IT and networking industries.
