Kingston references a wide variety of systems, but removed from the list any system for which they lacked an appropriate part number. Referenced products are available through its web store, and Kingston also provides links to alternate vendors of their product line.

Kingston's service was among the most informative, stating clearly that "MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN PAIRS for Dual Channel mode" and "Virtually any configuration up to 4 GB can be reached using Kingston's 128, 256, 512 MB, and 1 GB modules IN PAIRS" on the selection screen. However, their factory-direct pricing seemed relatively expensive, and selecting another vendor would add several steps to the purchase process.
