Internet measurement group Webnoize statistics indicate that Napster users are increasingly successful bypassing filtering efforts. Napster downloads rose to 593 million in the last week of March, up over 25 percent from the previous week. Downloads peaked at 3 billion songs in January then slipped to 2.79 billion in February and 2.49 billion in March.
