Nanya moves up 0.11-micron 12" production to year-end
Nanya Technology said it has moved up the timeline for its 12" joint venture with Infineon Technologies, now to start 0.11-micron production by the end of this year and reach 50,000 wafers starts by the third quarter of 2005.
