Nanya lands Seiko Epson orders for 1T Pseudo SRAM for mobile phones
Nanya Technology has begun contract-manufacturing high-end 1T Pseudo SRAM for Seiko Epson for use in mobile phones this month, said Nanya executive vice president Charles Kau. According to sources, the orders will total 2,000-3,000 wafers per month.
