Nanya joins league of DDR333 volume suppliers
Witnessing DDR333 prices soaring in the spot price market, Nanya Technology has begun supplying DDR333 chips to DRAM module makers in the clone market and expanded to volume production this month, said company executive vice president Charles Kau.
