Nanya: DDR2 production to take 20-25% 0.11-micron capacity in 3Q
Expecting demand for DDR2 to pick up in the third quarter, Nanya Technology projects DDR2 production will account for 20-25% of its total 0.11-micron capacity in the third quarter, said company spokesperson Charles Kau.
