Nanya DDR validated for AMD, Via chipsets
The EETimes says Nanya Technology Corp.'s PC2100 128-MByte modules with DDR266A have been validated for use with the Via Apollo Pro266 and AMD 760 chipsets. The company's 128-Mbit and 256-Mbit discrete DDR memories have also been validated. Nanya is already selling DDR devices but the validation increases the chances of adoption by OEMs. Nanya intends to validate and ship Pentium 4 DDR chipsets in Q4.
