NAND flash contract prices trend down in August
Contract prices for 1 Gbit to 8 Gbit NAND flash parts all trended down this month, with the average drop being 3.5percent, according to information gathered from DRAMeXchange. However, Korea-based Hynix Semiconductor is now gaining more traction in low-density segments and was able to raise its 1 Gbit contract prices 2.6% this month.
