MSI may benefit from SanDisk and Panasonic MP3 player orders
In order to secure contract manufacturing partners for MP3 player production, Panasonic and SanDisk have recently visited Taiwan-based makers including Foxconn Electronics, Inventec Appliances and Micro-Star International (MSI), according to industry sources.
The sources added that MSI has already secured orders from SanDisk, with monthly shipments initially targeted to reach 30,000 units.
