MS Xbox trademark challenged
A Florida-based software company registered Xbox in March of 1999, half a year before Microsoft Corp. applied for the same trademark. The situation will probably lead either to the purchase of the name by Microsoft or a change of titles.
Microsoft recently announced plans to name many of its best-known products, putting an X into many of them.
