Motorola To Produce Nintendo Wireless Chip Set
Motorola Inc.’s semiconductor division will provide Nintendo with chip sets for wireless adapters to enable mobile play on Nintendo GameBoy models, Motorola said Friday. "The chip sets contain 32-bit RISC architecture baseband processors. Wireless communication is enabled by an RF transceiver using the 2.4 GHz industrial, medical, and scientific spectrum."
