Motorola to make 0.13 micron PowerPCs
Motorola Inc. has debuted its 0.13 micron line process combined with copper interconnects and silicon-on-insulator. The company will begin volume production in Q3 of various chips using the new technologies. Though the company says that the PowerPC line will be built using the process, Motorola has not said when it will happen.
