Motorola Expands Into Flat-Screen TV Business
Mobile phone giant Motorola Inc has signed a deal with a Hong Kong firm to make flat-screen televisions and computer displays, adding another player to the fast-growing industry. "A Motorola spokeswoman said its partner in the deal, Hong Kong-listed Proview International Holdings Ltd, would make the products, which would be sold in China before being launched globally."
