Asustek Computer and Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) project their motherboard shipments will remain flat sequentially this month, while Micro-Star International (MSI) expects its shipments to grow slightly from May. Gigabyte Technology may see its shipments remain flat or slide 5-10% on month, according to the company. However, the four motherboard makers expect to collectively ship 6.33-6.44 million motherboards this month, up 2-4% from the 6.18 million shipped in June 2004.
