Konica Minolta Sensing Appoints Two Distributors in Mexico

To move its products south of the border, Konica Minolta Sensing Americas has appointed two new collaborators in Mexico. METALINSPEC, S. A. De C. V. is now the authorized distributor for sales and Metrolab is the representative of technical support for service, calibrations and spare parts for the States of Guanajuato, BC south, BC north, Sonora, Sinaloa, Jalisco, Sacatecas, Queretano, San Luis Potosi, Tamaulipas, Nuevo Leon, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Durango, Nayari and Aguas Calientes. EQUIPAR, S. A. De C. V. has been appointed as authorized distributor for sales, service, calibrations and spare parts for the States of Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Michoacan, Guerrero, Estado De Mexico, Distrito Federal (DF), Tlaxcala, Puebla, Veracruz, Oaxaca, Campeche, Yucatan, Quintana Roo, Chiapas, Morelos, Tabasco and Colima. METALINSPEC and EQUIPAR will sell Konica Minolta colorimeter and spectrophotometer instruments as well as software including Cyberchrome’s OnColor-Match, OnColor-QC, Spectra-Magic NX, and CIBA color quality control and formulation software. Konica Minolta Sensing Americas, Inc. is in the business of the measurement of light and color and precise representation of shapes and dimensions. The company developed and introduced the first portable spectrophotometers and colorimeters. The company’s products include colorimeters, spectrophotometers, spectroradiometers, 3D digitizers, display products and more. The thousands of companies that use KMSA instruments range from food, plastics, paints and coatings, automotive, to cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. 3D digitizers are used in medical, surgical and dental applications as well as in industrial design, game software development, animation, virtual reality, architectural and fashion applications, to name just a few.
