Microsoft's Windows 7 Videos Are Like Apple's
Simple video to explain new Windows 7 features.
One of the things that Apple does best is present its technology is a simple, meaningful way in the span of a very short period of time. We’ve seen it in some of Apple’s TV spots, and it seems that Microsoft has taken notice and is doing the similar sort of thing for Windows 7.
There are so many new features of Windows 7 aimed at making the user experience better, so it makes sense for the company to explain them in simple, piece meal fashions. Taking on that role is Latika Kirtane, product manager for Internet Explorer, who takes the viewer for the video tours embedded below (posted on YouTube thanks to Neowin).

Death to the totally uninformative notifications!
hehehe
and was just scrolling past without looking at them thinking they would hold no useful info
well said ( am guessing ^^ )
What an absolute CON, no doubt there will be several "VERSIONS" all charged at ridiculous prices. I am so fed up with MS. I have bought Dos 4 cost me 30 UK Pounds in 1988 then it was 5.01 another 40 UK Pounds, then I got 6.22 for 40 UK pounds then windows 3.1 cost 60 UK pounds, then I got windows for workgroups (3.11) cost me 40 as an upgrade then I got windows 95 (on floppy disk!) for 70 uk pounds, then I bought windows 98 for 80 pounds then it was windows ME (what a con) for 40 UK pounds(upgrade) then I bought windows xp for 120 UK pounds then I bought vista for 100 uk pounds then..... well I tell you what there isnt going to be another THEN MS can go and JUMP. MS are GREEDY and a inconsiderate monopoly, I hate them. I will be pirating a copy of windows 7 as MS are not going to get another PENNY off of me.
Half of that stuff I already do with Ubuntu. I'm not very impressed.
correct me if i'm wrong, but my current OS, Vista does all these things...
except being able to reduce notifications. Surely windows 7 can do more, can anyone tell me what else windows 7 can do that vista can't?
