Microsoft seeks more time to reply to fine proposal
Microsoft wants more time to reply to a proposal it should pay fines of up to 2 million euros daily for failing to carry out antitrust sanctions, a European Commission spokesman said on Monday.
The European Commission proposed the fines in December in a statement of objections, with the deadline for Microsoft’s reply set as Wednesday.
