Microsoft sued EU last August, claiming IP protection
Reuters is reporting that on 10 August, Microsoft filed a lawsuit before the Court of First Instance in Luxembourg, claiming that if it complied with the EU’s directive to divulge parts of Windows source code, it would be revealing company secrets regarding certain communications protocols.
