Microsoft says it will release a variety of different looking keyboards and mice, which will be available for purchase by retail consumers by the end of September. The new keyboards and mice have a task specific design (i.e., Microsoft Office program tasks, Web surfing enabled) and will feature new colors such as gray, blue and black. The top-of-the-line models will feature both a wireless keyboard and an optical mouse. Future consumer product releases will reportedly offer Bluetooth wireless technology compatibility.
