There's a really interesting article about how brainwaves are being manipulated by scientists in Tajikestan to help sheep breeders. I'd be interested to hear what other people have to say about this topic. I wonder if we have the same thing happening here in the states. I know that sometimes I feel like my brainwaves are just not in sync. Kind of creepy if the government is experimenting on us without us knowing it. Anyone else had the same problem? - masterdot.dot

I am working on a project with some guys at CERN, and they've been using Athlons for all their OS 390 application development, so I hope this doesn't mean that AMD is going to lose out to Intel. I still use my old Commodore 64 for all my work and don't need anything more powerful, but I know that some people do, and I just think we need more choice. - OxoCubed

This sucks. I sure as hell hope that they don't start putting Windows GDI commands into Linux. But, it's Microsoft so, who knows. - LashMeDoon32

It could be good, but I doubt it. Might be worth it if they get DX10 in there. Might really help get Linux on the desktop, although I am not sure that is a good thing. Every time someone uses a desktop at work I have to go help them because they're really ignorant, and well, it's my job. - 4Menishd04

There's a guy in Sweden who is going to sit inside his computer case buck naked until Microsoft agrees to use AlsaPlayer. I think we should all protest, and I am going to get an online petition going. If anyone knows how to put up a Web page using a ZX Spectrum, I need some help. - Icyborexx
