Microsoft appeals court: day two
The seven members of the US appellate panel criticized U.S. District Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson on personal as well as legal grounds and announced that they would probably overturn the lower court order breaking up Microsoft Corp. unless all three antitrust violations found by the trial judge are upheld. Legal experts continue to predict that Microsoft will win their appeal and remain a single company.
