Microsoft releases Activesync update
Microsoft has posted a new version of its Activesync software for Windows Mobile devices. Version 4.2 can synchronize handhelds with data on a PC via Bluetooth, USB or an infrared connection. There are no new features ; however, according to the product description, the update "resolves issues relating to error code 85010014" in Outlook, improves the proxy/DTPT interaction, includes an enhanced "desktop pass thru behavior", offers a "better resolution of multiple devices with the same name syncing with the same desktop and provides improved handling of VPN clients".
