Micron wants Infineon SDRAM ruling applied in its Rambus case
Micron Technology wants the federal judge's ruling in the Virginia Rambus Inc. patent case against Infineon Technologies to be applied in its own legal fight with Rambus. The Virginia judge's ruling that Rambus SDRAM patents apply only to its multiplexed memory bus line, not used by JEDEC-standard SDRAMs, could severely limit Rambus licensing demands and revenues.
