Micron speeds fast 64 Mbit SDRAMs to market
Micron Technology has launched high-speed 64-megabit SDRAMs.
Using a 0.18-micron process, the new 2-Mbit-by-32 configuration is designed for graphics,telecommunications, and networking applications.
Samples of 125-, 143-, and 166-MHz SDRAMs are available for evaluation, Micron said.
