Micron sampling 128Mbit flash, volume production in 3Q 2003
Micron Technology announced on December 9 that it has begun sampling 128Mbit "Q-Flash" memory, a pin-compatible alternative to Intel's StrataFlash devices. Volume production is scheduled for the third quarter of 2003.
