Micron provides CMOS image sensor for Treo 600 smartphone
Micron Technology has its CMOS image sensor featured in the new Treo 600 smartphone from palmOne. The camera-equipped smartphone is available now at Handspring.com with service from Sprint and will be available from additional carriers in the U.S. and worldwide shortly, according to a press release from Micron on November 20.
