Micron aims to triple NAND-flash market share in two years
With its 50nm NAND flash chips slated to volume production in early 2007, Micron Technology intends to be more aggressive in the market, targeting to boost its market share to over 10% during 2008-2009, according to Frankie F. Roohparvar, company vice president of NAND development.
