Micron first to sample 32-bit DDR DIMM modules
On November 25 Micron Technology announced that it is sampling 32-bit DDR DIMM modules, already available in densities from 32MB to 256MB and speed grades of DDR266 and DDR333. Sampling of the 512MB size is targeted for the first quarter of 2003.
