Micron and VIA to showcase 1GB DDR-based motherboard
DRAM maker Micron Technology is set to demonstrate a VIA VT8116 desktop-use motherboard from VIA Technologies, using 1GB DIMMs based on the company's 1Gbit DDR SDRAM components, at the Platform Conference in San Jose on January 29.
