Micro Industries ships Celeron-based CPU board
Micro Industries Corp. has introduced the 686PCI/64P3, a new PICMG passive backplane CPU board featuring Intel Celeron processor technology.
The 686PCI/64P3 is designed as a high performance single-board solution for OEM and industrial PC-compatible applications in a wide range of embedded solutions.
The 686PCI/64P3 is based on the Intel Celeron 370-pin PPGA (plastic pin grid array) socket processors. The board supports all standard PC functions, as well as several high performance interfaces such as PCI SCSI, 10/100 bit Ethernet, and graphics accelerator.
The 686PCI/64P3 is available now, starting at $495 in OEM quantities (without processor and memory). More information is posted at http://www.microindustries.com .
