Michael Dell, Kevin Rollins named in AMD subpoena
The Inquirer published details of letters AMD had sent to OEMs, but the one sent to Dell is of great interest.
These letters request certain named individuals to retain documents and emails in their possession, and as we reported in the previous story, Dell has said it will make a response to AMD’s request.
