Mice in mazes weren't enough; now there are rechargeable, wireless mice
Wireless computer mice were a great invention, but their batteries didn't last long and had to frequently be replaced. Logitech Corporation has created a sexy looking, rechargeable wireless mouse for both PC and MAC users. The MX 700 Cordless Optical Mouse is a sleekly shaped, silver and black color and, since it is optical, features a cool-looking, lighted red glow. The MX 700 is recharged by resting in a charging-stand signal receiver, which is connected to a small transistor for the charger and the computer's USB port. A complete battery recharge takes about 2 hours, and the charging station must be a minimum of 8 inches away from other electrical devices to minimize signal interference. The wireless rechargeable MX 700 Cordless Optical Mouse retails for $79.99 US and includes a 5-year warranty from Logitech.
