Memorex releases 8x DVD+RW media
Memorex claims it is first to offer DVD+RW media for 8x writing speeds. Theoretically, the new discs enable users to rewrite a full 4.7 GByte DVD+RW in lee than eight minutes. The new media will be available in retail stores nationwide this month, the manufacturer said. A five-pack of discs will be sold for about $10. (THG)
