MediaTek pays $9 million for IBM IP rights
Mediatek has secured more than 350 intellectual property (IP) rights, including patented and pending technologies, from IBM for a total cost of over NT$300 million (US$9 million), according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) yesterday.
