McAfee to Accept Network Associates' Bid
As we reported recently, Network Associates had submitted a tender offer to the shareholders of McAfee to acquire the remaining 25% of McAfee that Network Associates does not own. McAfee issued a statement announcing that its Board of Directors and shareholders had accepted the Networks Associates' tender offer.
